Our team has brokered regional transactions throughout Kentucky with national brands such as Walgreens, Lowes, and Sherwin Williams along with Fortune 500 utility companies like Atmos Energy and the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Since 1999, our work has expanded to the medical field in which we have facilitated deals with small and large pharmacies, physical therapists, dentists, dermatologists, and large scale providers such as Norton Healthcare and KentuckyOne Health. We have served on numerous industrial / warehouse projects, many of which have been from the ground up.

Throughout our work in the Commonwealth, Alton Webb & Associates has established many strategic partnerships. Building these long term relationships enables our team to work directly with organizations such as CVS Pharmacy and McDonald’s USA in multiple locations across Kentucky. Our retail revitalization project, an 87,000 square foot community retail project named Governors Square, grew from an impassioned entrepreneurial spirit, strategic partnerships. We strive to assist local investors match their parameters and preferences to their budget and projected return needs.

  • Real Estate Consulting – Our team packages real estate activities to fit our clients’ needs. These services can be delivered on a flat fee basis. This standardized approach can be very productive in some of the following areas: site evaluation, site development planning, highest and best use studies, sales vs. lease analysis, demographic and data gathering.
  • Development – Alton Webb & Associates has vast experience assisting in the development of new construction and revitalization of existing commercial real estate property.
